<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement reliable ETL processes and data integration solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the team to deliver high-quality data warehousing solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain data models, including Data Vault modeling techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage data migration and modernization projects effectively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore and adopt new technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows and databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 8 to 10 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL tools, and data warehousing best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Domain experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance is preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with SnapLogic or similar ETL tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Python or PySpark for data processing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with data migration and modernization initiatives.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
