<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ML Engineer to lead the development of our AI Agent platform.
</p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and domain experts, to design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision, and apply relevant techniques to improve existing models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for machine learning engineering within the organization.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, </p><p>etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and experience deploying models on cloud platforms (e.
g., AWS, GCP, Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of modern MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with generative AI models, such as GPT, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, is a plus.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
