<p><p><b>About the role :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a Front-End Lead with expertise in ReactJS to join our growing team.
As a lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience, and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our front-end architecture and driving innovation in our web platforms.<br/><br/></p><p><b>What you'll do :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the development of visually appealing, high-performing user interfaces, ensuring the seamless integration and maintenance of frontend components to deliver exceptional user experiences.<br/><br/>- Understand business processes and customer experience and come up with optimal technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Plan team priorities, design, and feature estimates.<br/><br/>- Own technical and UX design discussions and documentation.<br/><br/>- Stay abreast of technology objectives, architecture paradigms, engineering best practices, and industry trends.<br/><br/>- Ensure code quality by establishing and promoting review cycles, coding best practices, and quality controls.<br/><br/>- Establish engineering best practices with a focus on application security, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.<br/><br/>- Ensure team cadence to project management processes and tools.<br/><br/>- Take ownership of deployment, rollout, maintenance, system health monitoring, and support.<br/><br/></p><p><b>What were looking for</b><br/><br/>TechStack : ReactJS, React-Native, TypeScript, CSS, Next.js, REST/GraphQL APIs,<br/><br/>- Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in leading and mentoring a highly motivated engineering team.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with building web applications using ReactJS.<br/><br/>- Experience in digital commerce and the retail domain is preferred.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities<br/><br/>- Clarity of thinking and detail orientation.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web-first development.<br/><br/>- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/>- Experience with backend technologies and DevOps is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
