<p><p><b>About the Role : <br/></b><br/>We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer with strong experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and Angular for the frontend, along with solid database and cloud exposure.<br/><br/>You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the stack.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Core Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.<br/><br/>- Implement and maintain secure, high-performance server-side components.<br/><br/>- Work on microservices-based architectures and participate in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes good to have).<br/><br/>- Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability and fault-tolerance.<br/><br/>- Integrate third-party services, authentication frameworks (OAuth2/OpenID Connect), and logging/monitoring systems.<br/><br/>- Build dynamic, responsive, and modular user interfaces using Angular (v8 or above), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.<br/><br/>- Develop reusable UI components, implement state management, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver visually polished and accessible applications.<br/><br/>- Optimize front-end performance and adhere to best practices for web security and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Work with DB2 and PostgreSQL databases for data storage and management.<br/><br/>- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient schema design and data integrity.<br/><br/>- Use Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins for version control, build automation, and continuous integration.<br/><br/>- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for consistent delivery.<br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry is a plus.<br/><br/>- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging setup to ensure system reliability.<br/><br/>- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product).<br/><br/>- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and peer programming sessions.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.<br/><br/>- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- 6+ years of experience in fullstack development using Java and Angular.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Core Java (8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST API development.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in frontend development using Angular (v8 or above), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with relational databases (DB2, PostgreSQL).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
