The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems, along with a keen interest in designing scalable, high-performance applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Roles & Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Distribute systems design, with the ability to design and implement systems that run on multiple servers and have knowledge of distributed systems concepts and best practices<br/><br/>- Develop and evangelise on reference architecture and run principles to help teams adopt Engineering Principles.<br/><br/>- Leading and coaching junior Engineers to perform software planning and estimation for large-scale complex programs.<br/><br/>- MOST IMPORTANT - Passion for technology; maintains a continuous education in current and emerging technologies.<br/><br/>- Strong zeal to bring change, identify opportunities with perseverance for realisation<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b>4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.<br/><br/><b>Strong proficiency in : </b><br/><br/>- Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful Web Services<br/><br/>- Docker, Kafka, MySQL, NoSQL, Redis<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Jira.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design for highly distributed and parallelized systems.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) ability to explain technical concepts clearly to peers and managers.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.<br/><br/>- A self-starter and quick learner with attention to detail.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Attributes : </b><br/><br/>- Experience in micro-services architecture and containerization.<br/><br/>- Prior exposure to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/>- Interest in contributing to technical design discussions and code reviews.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
