<p><p>We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer (5-8 years of experience) who can design and build scalable web applications, own end-to-end features, and contribute to the technology powering India's fastest-growing jewelry platform.
You'll work closely with our product and design teams to bring seamless user experiences to life while ensuring robust backend systems.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work across the stack from front-end interfaces to backend logic and database layers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive code quality via reviews, best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Improve system performance and reliability with monitoring, testing, and CI/CD practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices as the platform scales.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay hands-on with coding while helping guide the technical direction of the team.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 5-8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React.js/Next.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of relational databases (schema design, query optimization).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of microservices architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of web performance, scalability, and security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor other engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
