Job Summary:

As an Assistant Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Recruitment Strategies:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to find potential candidates.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and support.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Promote open positions through social media and networking channels.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and online job boards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
