<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Golang Developer with Temporal.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore (Remote).<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend Engineer with strong proficiency in Golang and hands-on experience working with Temporal (Temporal.io) to join our growing engineering team.<br/><br/>You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems using Temporal workflows.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement backend services and distributed workflows using Golang and Temporal.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable backend systems.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain APIs and microservices with a strong focus on performance and reliability.<br/><br/>- Ensure best practices in software engineering, architecture, and clean code standards.<br/><br/>- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.<br/><br/>- Monitor and debug production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.<br/><br/>- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve the observability of backend systems.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Golang.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Temporal.io (workflows, activities, workers, signals/queries, etc.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous programming models.<br/><br/>- Experience building and deploying RESTful or gRPC APIs.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.<br/><br/>- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
