<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p>At AiDASH, our Professional Services- Application Engineering team bridges the gap between product and customer outcomes.
We take the core platform and tailor it to each customer's unique workflows, systems, and objectives, building customizations, integrations, and extensions that unlock real, measurable value.</p><br/><p>As a full-stack software engineer, you'll work closely with R& D, customer success, and customers to implement these high-impact solutions.
Your solution will directly enable customers to achieve their goals faster, smarter, and more seamlessly, turning our product into customer-specific outcomes.</p><br/><p><b>Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Deliver customer-focused solutions : Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and tailored customisations that extend AiDASH's product to support unique customer workflows and business goals.</p><br/><p>- Own full-stack development : Work across the stack from backend (Python and Java) to frontend (React with TypeScript)to build robust, scalable features end-to-end.</p><br/><p>- Write clean, maintainable code : Follow best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability, while maintaining clear documentation.</p><br/><p>- Ensure quality and reliability : Develop testable, production-ready code, proactively debug issues, and contribute to a strong review culture to uphold engineering standards.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with Professional Services leads, Customer Success, and R& D teams to translate customer needs into reliable engineering solutions.</p><br/><p>- Work with databases : Design and optimise schemas, queries, and data workflows using SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.</p><br/><p>- Communicate effectively : Share ideas and updates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams.</p><br/><p>- Innovate and iterate : Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and continuously suggest improvements to tech stack, system architecture, and engineering workflows.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements : </b></p><br/><p>- 2 to 3 years of experience in delivering full-stack web applications.</p><br/><p>- Graduated with a degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier institute.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Python or equivalent backend and React for frontend.</p><br/><p>- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models and queries.</p><br/><p>- Ability to write scalable, clean, maintainable code.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset.</p><br/><p>- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
